We ship from the United States. Standard shipping is $15 for U.S. orders, and U.S. orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
Kennedy Webster strives to ship all in-stock orders the same business day they are received. Orders received by 5:00 PM CST on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on recognized holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
We ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Shipping. Carrier selection is determined based on destination, package size, service level, and delivery requirements.
Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Customers will receive tracking information once an order has shipped. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Kennedy Webster is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If an item is out of stock or a shipment issue arises, our team will contact the customer as soon as possible.

Please report damages and shortages within 24 hours of receipt of goods to guarantee issuance of replacements or credits. For freight shipments, all damages and shortages must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery to ensure credit consideration.
Most products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet the return criteria outlined in this policy.
Returned items should be in good condition and, when possible, include the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a shipping error, damaged shipment, or defective product.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise.
Any damage incurred during return transit may result in a reduction of the credit or refund issued under the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Credits or refunds will be issued after returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
