Shipping Policy

Kennedy Webster strives to ship all in-stock orders the same business day they are received. Orders received by 5:00 PM CST on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on recognized holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

We ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Shipping. Carrier selection is determined based on destination, package size, service level, and delivery requirements.

Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Customers will receive tracking information once an order has shipped. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Kennedy Webster is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If an item is out of stock or a shipment issue arises, our team will contact the customer as soon as possible.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays.
