A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be provided before any product may be sent back.

Please e-mail a completed copy of  the Return Merchandise Authorization form to sales@kennedywebster.com to obtain an RMA #. 

This RMA #  must be clearly marked on the outside of the box(s).

Ship only items that are authorized. Customers are responsible for all Freight Charges back to KW if it is not a defective item

  • Any shipments that do not have the RMA #  clearly stated on the outside of the packed will be refused.
  • All non defective returns may be subject to a 20% Re-Stocking Fee.
  • All non defective returns must be made within 5 business days from the time of ordering.
  • All non stocking (special order) items may not qualify for return.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of non defective returns.

In cases where a replacement order is placed, a credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods.

If an order is needed prior to the return of product, the order must be paid for at the time of shipping. We will credit your order once the returned product has been received and/or analyzed by the manufacturer.

Please allow 30 business days for the processing of all defective returns that must be sent back and analyzed by the manufacturer.

Projector Lamp/TV warranty:

Please e-mail sales@kennedywebster.com  or call 800-531-2852 in order to initiate a return. Projector/TV lamps are under warranty for 90 days from the date of shipping and cannot be replaced once the warranty has expired.

An RMA # must be obtained for any defective projector/TV lamps that fall within the 90 day warranty.  A replacement order will be placed once product is received and deemed defective.

If a new lamp is needed immediately, the order must be paid for at the time of shipping. We will credit your order once the defective lamp has been received.

Please take into consideration that our warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse or shipping cost.
